Tom Horn founded All-n-One Outdoor Solutions in 1998. For the past seven years, he has worked diligently on growing and expanding All-n-One to a full service outdoor solutions company, specializing in irrigation, lighting, fertilization, lawn care, pet containment, and backflow testing.
Chris Jordan has over 20 years in real estate and property management businesses in the area. Chris has joined the All-n-One team to run day-to-day operations and make All-n-One a world-class customer service company.
Shawn Burcham is the founder and CEO of Pro Food Systems (PFSbrands) in Holts Summit. Since starting PFSbrands in his garage, he has built a world-class organization that is recognized nationally as a Great Place to Work. Shawn has joined the All-N-One team to bring growth ideas and the newest technology to us.
Erik Meyer is a graduate of The University of Missouri with a degree in turf management. Erik has over 10 years of experience in lawn care and fertilization. Erik comes to us from The Club at Old Hawthorne in Columbia where he excelled as the assistant superintendent. Erik also started and managed his own lawn care business in Columbia.
Chris Luebbering has over 10 years of experience as the head irrigation services technician. Chris plays an integral role in All-n-One Outdoor Solutions and takes great pride in providing unprecedented irrigation services to the clients of All-N-One.
Stacy Blomberg has been the office manager at All-N-One for three years. Many lawn companies do not have the luxury of a full-time office manager, but All-n-One recognizes the importance of an office manager to provide exceptional customer service. She is available to answer client calls, help with invoices, and help All-n-One customers any way she can.
