Since starting PFSbrands, a world-class employee owned organization built around teamwork and company culture, and expanding into Burcham Companies and All-n-One, I see the AnO team doing incredible things. I work diligently to bring growth, ideas and the Burcham team to continue to scale this company and help take it to the next level.

Partner/President

Responsibilities: To lead this team of industry professionals. I spend the majority of my time growing AnO and assisting the team in any way I can.

What do you enjoy about working on the AnO team?

I love seeing our company grow as a premier outdoor maintenance company. I enjoy seeing our team members develop personally and professionally as AnO provides a great place to work within this industry and area. We are doing things a little differently here at AnO with Open Book Management, Profit Distribution, Ownership Thinking and offering as many benefits to employees as we can.

Watching the company grow! I founded the company over over two decades ago and have worked diligently on growing and expanding All-n-One into a full service outdoor solutions company. I am proud of the team I work with, the dedication everyone has and the expansion of services we offer.

What do you enjoy about working on the AnO team?

The diversity in my job. It is something different every day. Also enjoy the learning and personal growth that comes with being in a larger company.

Customer Service & Accounting Specialist

Responsibilities: Invoicing, customer service, account information and set up, irrigation service scheduling

What do you enjoy about working on the AnO team?

The welcoming atmosphere, co-workers, and organizational tasks. I am continuously challenged and learning. I enjoy growing with the company!

Business Operations Leader

Responsibilities: Assist with the day to day management of the company. Manage the irrigation division from scheduling to job management and analysis.

What do you enjoy about working on the AnO team?

I enjoy maneuvering the constant challenges with weather, customer expectations and labor management.

Garden Center Manager

Responsibilities: Overseeing the retail showroom, nursery, and greenhouse operations. Involvement with customer relations and marketing. Locating, purchasing, displaying and maintaining nursery products for the garden center and the landscape division

What do you enjoy about working on the AnO team?

I enjoy the challenges of trying to locate and acquire the plant materials needed to fulfill the requests of our customers and the needs of our growing landscape department. Plus, everyday I get to work in a beautiful setting!

Landscape Design Assistant 

Responsibilities: I help customers with their outdoors needs, design landscape beds, walls, and patios and assist with change orders as needed.

What do you enjoy about working on the AnO team?

It’s a growing company that gives employees great opportunities. It’s an exciting company that hires awesome people. I’m excited to see what the future has in store for us!

Division Manager – Irrigation Services, Pet Stop & Snow Services

Responsibilities: I install, maintain and repair pet containment systems and outdoor lights as well as maintain and repair irrigation systems. I also manage our snow removal services.

What do you enjoy about working on the AnO team?

How happy the customers are when their projects are complete. I love the challenge of fixing something that is broken, the responsibility of being a manager, and the people I work with at AnO.

Division Manager – Greenhouse

Responsibilities: Selecting, ordering and growing the plants we grow in the greenhouses. I also work with customers on special orders and coordinate fundraisers with groups in our community.

What do you enjoy about working on the AnO team?

The opportunity to work for a company that continues to grow and offer more services to fill the horticultural needs of mid-Missouri. I love to see the greenhouses transform through the seasons. We start with small plants and seedlings and as they grow, the color just fills the greenhouse.

Retail Sales Associate

Responsibilities: Assist customers who buy materials at the Bulk Yard and also provide delivery services.

What do you enjoy about working on the AnO team?

I like the interaction with the customers and helping them pick out rock and mulch material for their homes.

The ability to help customers achieve their goals by providing so many services through one company.

Turf Installation Division Leader

Responsibilities: Oversee and supervise all Turf Installation Crews and Crew Members daily

About Craig:

Craig comes from being the sole owner of A Greener Tomorrow Landscaping  AGTL, where he has spent nearly 14 years proving hydro-seeding, grade work, landscaping, hardscapes, fertilization and snow removal in the residential and commercial arenas.   He has passion for the this industry and is looking forward to his role at AnO by joining our current experienced team members, being able to get more accomplished with a team environment, and expanding the services AnO can offer.

Crew Foreman/Equipment Operator

Responsibilities: Keep production going, safe excavation with heavy equipment operation, work with multiple crews on all hardscape and landscape projects

What do you enjoy about working on the AnO team?

I like the fast expansion path within AnO. It is a fun and exciting career path and a great place to work.

Division Manager – Hardscapes

Responsibilities: Assisting homeowners with extending their indoor living spaces to the outdoors by creating usable space out of unusable areas.

What do you enjoy about working on the AnO team?

I appreciate how well AnO treats its employees. It is not often when a company cares enough about their employees to invest in them both professionally but personally. AnO is a very upbeat, fast paced, exciting company that has big plans for the future. Each employee is 100% bought in and dedicated to achieving these goals, making it a lot of fun to work here.

Division Manager – Landscapes

Responsibilities: Helping with crews, meeting with customers, designing outdoor awesomeness and continually working on processes to obtain the best functionality

Hard Goods Buyer/Merchandiser

Responsibilities:

purchasing retail hard goods, office supplies, division supplies, scheduling of retail staff. training staff on registers and retail procedures, I help oversee cash register operations, process Purchase Orders and help with planning anex ececuting events here at the Garden Center.

What do you enjoy about working on the AnO team?

Working with team players that like to work hard and have fun when the job is done.  Also I enjoy going to the market and seeing the new products that will be available for the upcoming season.

Garden Center Office Manager

Responsibilities: Involved in many aspects of accounting for AnO and Longfellows Garden Center.

What do you enjoy about working on the AnO team?

I enjoy my job with AnO because we are treated with respect, given encouragement, and are encouraged to share new ideas. On a daily basis there is a sense that we are working toward a grand, achievable vision and I proudly see us making strides toward it everyday and making it a reality.

Gardening Services Manager

Responsibilities: I design and plant seasonal color arrangements and provide weed and pest control services for commercial and residential properties. In addition, I plant perennial gardens, and small shrubs and maintain plant health through pruning and fertilizing.

What do you enjoy about working on the AnO team?

I love making Jefferson City and it’s surrounding areas a more beautiful place to live. One of my favorite things to do is help people to really enjoy their gardens. I also enjoy the camaraderie that comes from working with amazing people.

Bulk Yard Manager

Responsibilities: I am in charge of all retail sales and customer service at the bulk yard. Some of my daily responsibilities include; inventory quality control, maintaining  equipment & vehicles, POS Deposits, building relationships with customers, vendors and haulers.

I have the ability to use my creative side and logical thinking skills while utlilizing my wide variety of skills.
